Vibrant Corporation’s Process Compensated Resonance Testing (PCRT) has been implemented by Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) to satisfy the P&WC Canadian Resonant Inspection Method (CRIM) specification. The CRIM details the requirements for resonant inspection of critical gas turbine engine components in P&WC engines. “We’re thrilled by the opportunity to work with Pratt & Whitney Canada,” said Vibrant CEO Lem Hunter. “PCRT is a perfect fit for the requirements of the CRIM, and it gives Pratt a fast, accurate and affordable resonant inspection for 100% of a component population.”
